***Important information for people living in flats or small houses*** Extremely disappointing. Took months choosing my sofa, waited 6 weeks, sofa guys turn up 45 minutes late and tell me they can’t get it in the lift and weren’t willing to try the stairs. Delivery staff were uninterested and unhelpful. Found out afterwards you can take the arms off but no one tried this. Sofa was huge and comes in one block - please consider this before you order for a flat. They’re not built for modern day living unless you have a big open space with a clear entrance to your living room. This should be made clearer. Loaf should really consider breaking their sofas into sections.

***Update 21 July*** The Loaf aftercare team have handled this really well, they have called me multiple times and offered to redeliver the sofa minus the arms free of charge. When I asked for a refund I was given an immediate refund.

Great service and wardrobe is scheduled to arrive within a week, which I wasn’t expecting.

Fantastic service as always with Loaf

It’s been great visited our local store a few times to check which sofa we were looking for ordered lots of colour samples and finally contacted the online help and all of our experiences have been so good. Can’t wait to receive our sofa

Ordering on the website was quick and easy. The measurements are clearly displayed and there’s a guide to check it will fit through doorways and hallways. The staff at the Wimslow store were friendly and helpful when I went to try out the sofa before purchasing online.

So far so good. Item only ordered yesterday.

Cribbs Causeway on a very hot sunday afternoon was not where I wanted to be, but the Loaf showroom was a welcome heaven. Cool and well spaced out, we have designed out dream sofa - with the fabulous assistance of Mandy - now can't wait for the delivery..

Wilslow Sales loafer (sorry can’t remember her name) was extremely helpful and friendly. I ordered a Smithy Sofa which I’ve now had for 3wks and love. I’m awaiting some scatter cushions, which I ordered once my sofa had arrived, Zoe sorted swatches as I’d previously had two lots and couldn’t order anymore online. Initially I ordered cushions incorrectly but lovely loafer Lily sorted this for me. Highly Recommended ?x

We ordered our sofa back in January it is now July! We have had two sofas arrived damaged and on returning for a full refund three weeks ago we are still waiting for the money to appear in our account. After being told it would appear after just 3-5 days I’ve now been advised that’s a mistake and it will be 5-7day from now.
No sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. Appalling customer service.
Terrible quality furniture and terrible service to match. Wouldn’t buy from there ever again.
